How long is the trial period?

You have 60 days to try out the massage chair at home. If you're not satisfied with the chair within that period, you can return it for free. No hassle, no costs — your money is completely safe.

How do I request a return?

Fill out the return form on our website. Our customer service usually responds within 30 minutes. Subsequently, our transport partner will contact you to schedule a pick-up time. You don't have to bring the chair anywhere yourself.

What does it cost to return?

Returns are completely free. We arrange the pick-up at your home via our transport partner. No return costs will be charged, even if you have used the free installation service.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving and inspecting the chair, you will receive the purchase amount back within 7 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Do I need to pack the chair myself for return?

No. Our transport partner handles the entire pick-up process. You don't need to pack the chair yourself or bring it to a drop-off point. We will pick it up at your home at the agreed time.

How long is the warranty?

All massage chairs at Thuiswellness come with a 5-year warranty. This applies to all models as standard, without extra costs. The warranty starts on the day of delivery.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers defects in motors, electronics, and mechanical parts. This includes malfunctions in the rollers, airbags, controls, or heating element. In short: everything related to the chair's operation.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. This includes discoloration or wear of the upholstery, scratches due to use, or damage caused by improper use. Damage due to personal modifications or repairs is also not covered by the warranty.

What do I do if my chair has a defect?

Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Our customer service usually responds within 30 minutes. We will assess the defect and arrange a suitable solution — repair, replacement of parts, or exchange.

Can I exchange the chair for a different model?

Yes, exchanges are possible within the 60-day trial period. Contact us, and we will work together to find the best solution. Outside the trial period, we are happy to discuss the possibilities in person.

Does the warranty also apply if I use the chair intensively?

Yes. The warranty applies to normal daily use. Our chairs are designed for regular use of one to two hours per day. Defects that arise during normal use are fully covered by the warranty.

What if the chair is already delivered damaged?

Always check the chair immediately upon delivery. Do you see transport damage? Report it immediately to the delivery person and contact us the same day via WhatsApp or email. We will resolve it for you immediately.

How do I reach customer service?

Can I still request a repair after the warranty period?

Yes. After the 5-year warranty period, we offer a paid repair service. Contact us for a quote. We do our best to keep your chair in top condition for as long as possible.

Is the 60-day trial period truly unconditional?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the chair within 60 days, we will pick it up for free, and you will receive the full purchase amount back within 7 days. No questions asked, no hassle. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
