What is the difference between a steam sauna and a traditional sauna?
A traditional sauna uses dry heat between 80 and 100°C. A steam sauna works with moist heat at a lower temperature of around 45°C, which is gentler on the airways and skin. The steam humidity makes it feel intense without the high temperature.
Which model suits me: round or oval?
The round model (€2,699) is suitable for people up to 182 cm and takes up the least space at 130 × 78 × 78 cm. The oval model (€3,149) is wider and suitable for people up to 215 cm at 130 × 100 × 78 cm. Are you taller than 182 cm or do you want more legroom? Choose the oval model.
Is a steam sauna good for your health?

How much electricity does a steam sauna use?
