Who delivers your massage chair?

We work together with Rhenus, a specialized logistics partner for large and heavy goods. Rhenus has experience delivering massage chairs and ensures your chair arrives safely and undamaged at your home.

When will your chair be delivered?

This depends on the model you order:

• Most massage chairs (Calma, Hemelrust, Harmonie, Altura, and Comfortbron): delivery within 48 hours of order
• Rustpunt and Windrust: delivery within 3 to 5 business days
• Saunas: delivery within 5 to 7 business days

How do you schedule the delivery?

After your order, you will automatically receive an email from Rhenus. In it, you can schedule the delivery yourself for a day and time that suits you. This is possible until 8:00 PM, so at later times too.

Will the chair also be installed?

Yes, always. Free installation is included with every massage chair. The delivery personnel will place the chair in the room of your choice, on the ground floor or an upper floor. You don't have to unpack anything, assemble anything, or clean up anything. You can use the chair immediately.

What if I'm not home?

Through the email from Rhenus, you schedule a suitable time yourself. So you know exactly when they are coming and don't have to wait at home all day.
